Gently pull the back of the couch forwards and lay it back to flatten out. ***There’s free parking available in a gravel lot on the right-hand corner of Elm Street and Gate City Blvd, just past the traffic light. Yet, I’ve often parked along the street right in front of the apartment building. Although the signs indicate a 2-hour limit, I’ve personally parked there for several hours on many occasions without receiving a ticket. Of course, I can’t guarantee enforcement won’t happen, but it hasn’t been an issue in my experience.
